Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that displayed content:
- Is lawful
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Does not violate privacy rights
- Does not contain harmful, defamatory, or misleading information
Sunnection is not responsible for customer-published content.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Sunnection integrates with third-party systems and providers including energy monitoring platforms, APIs, cloud services, and external websites.
Customers are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper authorization
- Maintaining valid credentials
- Ensuring lawful access to connected systems
Sunnection does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security.
9. Energy Data and Sustainability Metrics
Sunnection may display:
- Solar production
- Energy consumption
- Battery storage data
- Grid import/export
- Environmental impact estimates
- CO₂ reduction calculations
- ESG metrics
- Sustainability equivalencies
These values may be calculated using estimates, formulas, external APIs, or customer-provided data.
Sunnection does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of displayed metrics for regulatory, legal, engineering, or financial purposes.
10. Availability of Services
Sunnection aims to provide reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Infrastructure failures
- Third-party outages
- API limitations
- Connectivity issues
- Force majeure events
Features, integrations, and services may change or be discontinued at any time.
11. Subscription and Billing
